IMMEDIATE HIRING Objective:
- As a Sales Executive at OMNII Holdings, you will lead the effort to secure sponsorships and partnerships. You will work closely with top brands and stakeholders, helping to elevate this landmark event and ensure its success.

Key Responsibilities: Sponsorship Sales: Identify and engage potential sponsors and partners through outreach efforts. Develop compelling sponsorship packages tailored to event goals.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with sponsors and partners. Serve as the main point of contact for all sponsorship matters.Collaborative Campaigns: Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful sponsor integration and event execution.Reporting: Track sponsorship outcomes and provide data-driven insights for future strategies. Requirements: Minimum 1 years of sales or sponsorship experience, preferably in event management or brandingStrong communication, networking, and relationship-building skillsResilience and ability to work independently or in a teamExperience in negotiating and closing sponsorship deals What We Offer: Competitive salary with performance incentives and sales commissionOpportunity to work on a high-profile cultural eventCareer development opportunities in a creative and dynamic environment
