Sales Executive

Job Description
We are one of the well established Fully Aluminium Furniture Company in Malaysia. In line with our expansion plan, we are now seeking suitable candidate to fill the position to be based in Kuching.

Job Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with the Management, the Sales Team, and the Production Team, informing and updating them regularly to guarantee that sales and client objectives are met;
To achieve sales target by servicing existing customer base and approach potential customers;
Preparation of sales proposal and participate in selected exhibition events as and when instructed;
Promote and recommend company products, solutions and services;
To follow up after sales service and maintain good relationship with clients;
To investigate and report all customers’ complaints and resolve in a timely manner;
To collect all payments for the company in time;
Prepare, submit monthly sales information and sales report etc.
Requirement:
Candidates must have minimum 3 years’ experience in sales preferably (Cabinetry or renovation industry);
Basic knowledge of measure skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and Mandarin).
Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills and a sales aptitude.
Ability to identify and meet customers’ needs and requirements.
Must be a self-starter and a problem solver.
Must possess a valid driving license.
