Job Description:
As a Sales Executive specializing in kitchen and bath sanitary products, you will be pivotal in promoting our product range to both residential and commercial clients. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for sales and the ability to build strong client relationships to achieve sales targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead Generation and Prospecting: -Identify and target potential clients in the residential and commercial sectors, including builders, contractors, designers, and homeowners.
-Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, and industry events.
-Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the kitchen and bath sanitary sector.
2. Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth for our products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our products, addressing client needs and preferences.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and maximizing profitability.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Follow up with clients to gather feedback, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and maintain long-term relationships.
4. Product Knowledge and Industry Expertise:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in the industry.
- Continuously expand your knowledge of our product offerings, including their technical specifications, applications, and benefits.
- Provide expert advice to clients on product selection, installation, and maintenance.
5. Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on sales performance, including lead conversion rates, sales volume, and client feedback.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting key achievements, achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze market data to refine sales strategies and optimize performance.
6. Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Participate in sales meetings and strategy sessions to contribute to team goals and share insights.
REQUIREMENTS:
?With at least 2 year of sales experience in relevant Industrial sales.
?Good in communication, interpersonal and business development skills.
?Result-oriented and perform well under pressure.
?Proven track record of sales achievement.
?Must willing to travel and possess own vehicle.
?Proficient in written and spoken in English and Malays. Proficiency in both written and spoken of MANDARIN is an added advantage.
?Teamwork and communication are essential.
