Responsibilities:
Generating quality leads from various channels to develop and expand client base, close sales orders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and/or new corporate customers and system integrators.
Attending to customer's requests for proposals and quotations with the appropriate follow-up.
Administer sales fulfilment activities of products and services to ensure timely delivery and completion as per customer orders.
Always keeping up with product knowledge and related skill sets, as well as doing extensive research on market situations and trends.
Maintaining Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data.
Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data, including customer records & sales pipelines.
Participate in any other ad-hoc duties assigned to the team.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields.
Prior experience working in a similar role is a bonus.
Prior experience working with system integrators is a bonus.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Ability to use basic excel skills and analyze data.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Passionate in engaging customers and providing excellent service.
Fluency in English is required, both speaking (verbal) and writing (written). Ability to converse in Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage.
Possess own transport.
