Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales Executive, who is responsible for executing sales and trade marketing plans in an assigned geography, product line, market segment or list of customer accounts according to company sales policy by working together as a team with group of sales team and merchandisers.
Responsibilities:
Support sales representative in managing day-to-day merchandising/sales activities against pre-set objectives.
Respond to customers' inquiries.
Execute promotional plans and product listings.
Sell in assigned promotions and propose customized promotional activities.
Monitor and report on post-execution to ensure objectives are met.
Prioritize and review daily merchandising activities performed.
Order taking process if stocks are low at the outlet or if the outlet requests an order.
Roadshow/Event:
Prepare all event documentation and coordinate with Sales and organizer.
Lead pre-event and post-event meetings for assigned groups.
Handle logistics/operations with agency.
Adhere to all standards, policies, and procedures.
Carefully oversee event happenings.
Execute continuous improvement activities to enhance merchandising processes, merchandising plans, customer satisfaction, etc.
Support all merchandising efforts by identifying display locations, liaising with product consultants and merchandisers, and helping with block display or merchandising efforts.
Prepare regular reports on merchandising performance, including sales data and customer feedback. Recommend adjustments based on analysis to enhance product visibility and customer engagement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Customer Relationship Management, Communications, Business Administration, or any other related field. The equivalent of this in working experience is also acceptable for this position.
At least 2 years of working experience in Sales & Marketing roles in the Modern Trade channel.
At least 2 years of working exposure in the FMCG industry.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
