Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Market AnalysisMonitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
Collect and analyze sales data to refine strategies and improve performance.
CollaborationWork closely with the R&D team to understand product features and unique selling points.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products.
Job RequirementsFluency in Mandarin is required to ensure effective communication with Taiwan Management.
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food manufacturing or health product industry.
Strong understanding of OEM and ODM business models.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
