Sales Executive

Account & Relationship Management (Sales)
Work experience in FMCG industry or Food and Beverage manufacturing.
Compile daily team's sales data.
Assess team's performance.
Briefing, brainstorming & identify awkward sales.
Action plan to train and coach salesmen.
Carry out sales team main functions including route riding, field work, administration work & time management.
Report sales progress, monitor peer's performance, coach and participate in other marketing events.
Compile and review sales performance.
Any other reasonable duties assigned by your superior from time to time.
