Sales Executive

The main purpose of this role is to ensure administration and sales process is sustained to contribute towards the company's growth plans.
This is an office-based role that requires excellent attendance and punctuality is essential.
Responsibilities:Prepare quotation, with initiative to follow up.
Prepare work orders to ensure compliant project execution.
Handle and manage enquiries via phone calls, emails, or website with sufficient product knowledge.
Prepare fleet / product performance report.
Update and maintain clients' business profile, industry requirements, deals win vs lose statistics for further analysis by team managers.
Responsible for ensuring all billing such as subscription fees and project payments are received on time from clients.
Record and track contract duration and performance for timely renewal and follow up with client on PO issuance.
Prepare monthly report for review.
Support any other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:Diploma in Business Administration, or any equivalent background.
3 years of relevant working experience preferred.
Computer literate and high proficiency of Microsoft Office 365.
Proficient in English and Malay.
Malaysian ONLY.
