- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Architecture Construction Management or a related field.- Should possess a proven track record of success in technical sales preferably in the construction or roofing industry.- Must have a strong technical aptitude with the ability to grasp and effectively communicate technical concepts.- Must possess excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.- Must have a customer-focused approach with a strong passion for delivering exceptional service.- Must be self-motivated driven and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite including Excel and Word is required.- Proficiency in AutoCAD software is required.
