Sales Executive

We are a public company listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with established business in property development, project management and construction. We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to join our dynamic team based in Kuantan, Pahang.
Responsibilities/Role Description:  Responsible for sales of the Group's properties.Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential customers.Negotiate and close sales deals effectively to meet sales target.Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate referralsUndertake product promotion activities.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.Accurately maintain sales records and provide regular reports on performance. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clientsAbility to work well in a team.Experience in real estate sales or related field.Goal-oriented with a proven track record in sales.Sales, negotiation and closing skills.Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field.
