Job Overview: The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and targeting potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets.
This role requires a proactive approach in seeking new opportunities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities: Attend to customer inquiries on new and existing orders.
Receive and process Purchase Order (PO) from customer.
Process Sales Order (SO) in system, determine the location and quantity of inventory (garments for laundry and consumable item) available to meet each and every PO that received from customers.
Work with Sales Coordinator to ensure Sales Order are attended and inventory (garments for laundry and consumable item) available to meet delivery.
Prepare delivery documents for local delivery and shipping documents for export orders.
Work with Sales Coordinator and Logistic Coordinator to coordinate delivery routes and schedules.
Supervise Sales Coordinator on support activities and functions, i.e.
maintaining accurate stock level to support sales activity.
Monitor blanket order from customer and plan delivery effectively.
Ensure the required products are delivered on time, update blanket orders until it has exhausted.
Follow up with existing customer on SO or forecast before existing blanket order exhausted.
Work with customer on customers complaint to enhance good services and maximize customer satisfaction.
Conduct random check on stock that maintained at warehouse.
Prepare monthly sales order report and monitor blanket Sales Order report.
Filing of all relevant documents pertaining to the Sales Order functions.
Handle collection matters including sending customer account statement and follow up on overdue payment.
Communicate with Sales team and Manager to ensure efficient customer service.
Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
(call/visit plan etc) Researching prospects and generating leads.
Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
Demonstrating and presenting products.
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
Managing the sales process through specific software programs (JDE etc).
Building and maintaining a customer database (customer contact master list etc).
Meeting sales targets.
Collect and analyze information, prepare data and present reports when needed.
Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets Participating in trade exhibitions, conferences and sales team meetings.
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements: Proven experience in sales or a similar role (minimum 3 years).
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong customer service skills with a client-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and sales strategies.
Ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships.
Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Any additional language an added advantage.
Possess own transport and willing to travel
