Sales Executive

Sales Executive:* Drive sales by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate laptop and gadget solutions.
* Engage with walk-in customers and provide expert advice on product features and benefits.
* Maintain knowledge of Saverbro's product inventory and promotions to effectively upsell and cross-sell products.
* Track and meet individual sales targets to contribute to the overall growth of Saverbro.
* Assist in managing the showroom display, ensuring products are presented in an attractive and organized manner.
* Build strong customer relationships through follow-up and excellent service, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
* Collaborate with the marketing team on sales campaigns and promotions, providing input based on customer feedback and preferences.
Requirements:* Minimum qualification: Certificate in IT, STPM, or equivalent.
* Sales Experience: Experience in sales, customer service, or retail, particularly in tech or electronics, is highly preferred.
* Technical Skills: Willing to learn and stay up to date with new technologies.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-tech-savvy customers.
* Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for meeting sales targets.
* Immediate availability to start.
