Job DescriptionSell full range of Company products to distributors
Achieve maximum sales and distribution targets in all company products
Achieve collections target on time
Ensure spoilages are reduced to the minimum target
Ensure merchandising and displays are practiced at all outlets at all times
Ensure all daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports are submitted on time
Analyse the performance measurement (KPI) with distributors on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
Investigate problems encountered and provide solutions
Ensure that the company's QEHS Management System is effectively implemented and maintained
Ensure that corrective/preventive actions initiated are effectively implemented
Report competitor activities monthly or as requested
Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior from time to time
Job RequirementsMinimum SPM with 2 years of similar working experience in the FMCG industry
Fluent in verbal and written English, BM, and Mandarin
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills and analytical skills
Ability to work independently
Possess a valid driving license and own a car
Willing to travel outstation

We took up our first non-food agency brand.
In 2013, we obtained ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 14001:2004 certification.
We became a member of SEDEX while we launched Karta coconut water in 2014.
We crafted a successful business entity in Malaysia when we received the Malaysia Top Business Excellence Award and Prima Duta Award for the first year in 2016.
We continued receiving the Prima Duta Award for the second year and obtained ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certification in 2017.
We further took up skincare and beauty cosmetic agency brand in the same year.
In 2018, we launched KARTA FIZZ – sparkling fruit juice drink.
We took up San Macro Pasta from Dubai, diversified into dry foods business, and took up Safe Care (Roll-on refreshing oil) in the same year.
We launched Karta Supermall E-mail in 2020.
We relocated our warehouse to U10 Shah Alam, the Distribution Centre with bigger space (121,925 sqft and 12,102 pallet positions) in 2021.
We took up FreshCare (Roll-on medicated oil) in 2022.
