About the roleWe are seeking a talented and driven Sales Executive to join our team at DS RICH MANUFACTURING SDN BHD.
In this full-time role based in Tawau Sabah, you will be responsible for driving sales and growing our customer base.
Your strategic and consultative approach will be crucial in expanding our reach and strengthening our position in the market.
What you'll be doing
Proactively identify and engage with potential customers to secure new business
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities
Provide expert advice and guidance to customers to ensure their needs are fully understood and met
Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate terms to secure new contracts
Collaborate closely with the wider team to share market insights and support the development of effective sales strategies
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
What we're looking for
Proven track record of success in a sales role, ideally within the manufacturing industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close deals
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to drive results
Proficient in using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
Degree qualified or equivalent relevant experience
