The position requires the incumbent to maintain and grow an existing customer base across multiple business categories through effective full scope sales techniques; including specifying, prospecting, account qualifying, sales development, quoting, and customer follow-up to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and work closely with the branch General Manager and Senior Key Account Manager in managing end to end account activities and processes.
Proactively promote and sell Lysaght products, services, and solutions to customers and prospects in dedicated areas.
Analyze, manage the account renewal process, and resolve client queries accurately and in a timely manner.
Develop, maintain, and review customer requirements with a high level of professionalism and work integrity.
Work closely with internal and/or external stakeholders (including representatives from other departments) to resolve any customer complaints or clarifications through sales & operations meetings or direct contact.
Follow closely on all account management plans to meet business objectives including delivering presentations to external and/or internal audiences including top management.
Follow up on transactions, payments, invoicing, remittance from customers, etc.
Participate actively in all customer-related activities working together with fellow sales team and extended sales team members.
Able to influence and negotiate with key relevant parties to create a strong product/services presence in the market.
Ensure adherence to all Company principles, policies, local legal, and company OHSE and safety practices.
Assist the Senior Key Account Manager with any other duties which may be assigned.
Qualifications/Experiences:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or any related field from a reputable institution either locally or from overseas.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint for customer presentation or internal meeting presentation purposes.
Possess your own vehicle and a valid driving license with a clear traffic record.
Passionate, good interpersonal skills, good follow-up skills, and most importantly a go-getter.
High presentation skills both verbal and written.
Carry out other duties as assigned by the Company from time to time.

2 years or more working experience in construction/building material or site-related projects would be an added advantage.
Exposure to order management and an ERP system would be another advantage for interested candidates.
Proficient in the English language both oral & written with good presentation skills.
