Sales Executive

-Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs


-Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media


-Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns


-Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services


-Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data


-Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations


-Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences


-Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections


-Collaborate with team members to achieve better results


-Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams


-Able to converse primarily in English with secondary languages in Mandarin and/or Bahasa. Basic written English required.

-Identify the type and segment of customers which can bring value to the organisation


-Pitch and illustrate the value proposition in order to close a deal and meet sales targets


-Able to build good and lasting relationships with customers to generate more revenue


-Generate revenue among existing customers, including upselling and cross selling


-Operates as the point of contact for the customers brought in


-Make sure the customer's journey with the organisation is smooth


-Coordinate with various departments working on the same account to ensure consistent service


-Develop client focused solutions to improve customer satisfaction


-Assist with customer requests and escalate if more assistance is needed


-Min. Diploma level and above.


-Required language: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
