Sales Executive

Responsibilities: Export Administration Prepare and process export documentation according to customs regulations and company policies while ensuring compliance with international trade laws and regulationsAssist sales team in preparation of sales contract. Review LC drafts and subsequently prepare necessary documents for negotiation of LC.Coordinate with freight forwarders for timely submission of necessary documents or any other matters related to cargo delivery.Maintain records of all export transactions and provide regular updates to the sales and management teams. Sales Support Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, and maintaining customer databases.Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely input into system. Logistics Liaison Act as the main point of contact between the sales team and logistics providers.Coordinate the movement of goods from the warehouse to international destinations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective logistics solutions.Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their shipment status and addressing any concerns. Customer Relation Management Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely on order status and delivery scheduleMaintain communication with planner and production on production status and provide update to customer accordinglyRequirements: 
Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain Management.Proficiency in MS Office SuiteRequired Language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa MalaysiaExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesFresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
