Sales Executive

Main responsibility is to monitor and coordinate OEM ordering, invoicing and meet customer's delivery date
Job duties and responsibilities: -Ordering: 
To ensure on time order entry & share ordering summary to Plant timely (D or D+1) Monitor Customer monthly child parts incoming parts and on time report submission. -Delivery:
Monitor delivery performance and provide support to resolve Logistics department problem. To ensure a smooth daily logistics requirement for both Customer & Denso SI at D-4 days-Payment:
To monitor invoicing and ensure month end account closing deadline is met. To do payment collection, resolve problem affecting collection & initiate improvement activitiesAcademic qualification and skills required: Bachelor's in Engineering /Business Administration /Marketing or any related field.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. (Excel, Word, Power Point) Excellent in communication and interpersonal skill.Good in decision making and problem solvingPossesses deep interest in Automotive industry
