As an inside sales representative, you will play a crucial role in establishing relationships and marketing our company's brand in a way that is positive, honest, and professional. -Developing and accomplishing a lead generation plan, meeting or exceeding monthly or annual targets.
-Responsible for new account development, hone your selling skill speaking to key decision makers.
-Evaluate client requirements and providing solutions.
-Organise, plan and proper scheduling of sales activities.
-Execute marketing activities in promotion.
-Follow up with prospects on regular/scheduled basis to secure deals soonest.
-Listen and probe prospect needs and budget before suggesting suitable product or package.
-Familiar yourself with the CRM system and use it well to prospect for new clients.

; Requirements:-
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration / Marketing or any relevant field.
-Excellent communication skills, including a clear, confident speaking voice and a friendly rapport with customers.
-Strong persuasiveness skill, patience,persistence, and keyboarding skills are needed.
-Able to speak fluent and write in English, Malay and Mandarin (ability to speak in Mandarin will be great but not compulsory)
