JOB DESCRIPTION Respond promptly to customer inquiries in messaging platform and other e-commerce websites Presenting our products and actively follow up to close deals Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective sales targets Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly, working to resolve issues for enhanced customer satisfaction and loyalty Update Daily Sales Report Building and maintaining good rapport with customers Proactively seek feedback to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Managing customer relationships and providing customers with excellent service and support. REQUIREMENTS Minimum 1 years of working experience in Sales or Customer Service Posses Diploma or Bachelor Degree are an advantages Excellent command of the English and Bahasa Malaysia language in writing and speaking.
