Job Description: Are you passionate about sales and the food industry? Do you have a knack for building relationships and driving growth? We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team and help expand our footprint in the baking ingredients market.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals and increase market share in the baking ingredients sector.Identify and build relationships with new and existing customers, including bakeries, pastry chefs, and food manufacturers.Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors' activities.Present and demonstrate products to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to management.Prepare daily visitation reportsRequirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the food and beverage or baking ingredients sector is a plus.Knowledge of baking ingredients, processes, and industry trends is a plus.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.A diploma/ degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.Well versed in Microsoft Word , Excel and PPTOutstation is required if being assigned in certain territory.Preferable Mandarin speaking or other Chinese dialect.Work location : Klang Valley & JohorBenefits: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Health and wellness benefits.Opportunity for professional development and career growth.A supportive and collaborative work environment.
