Sales Executive

-Develop company's client base by identifying potential prospects and closing deals


-Maintain good relationship with existing clients and identify business opportunity to upgrade contracts and packages


-Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards


-Maintain a database of contact information


-Able to obtain high impact revenue


-Handle pre-tender related work and follow up until the the project awarded


-Follow up progress claim with clients


-Develop strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals.


-Prepare sales reports consistently.


-Provide after sales service to clients if necessary


-Assist in any other tasks

; Requirements:-


-Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree qualification in any field


-Minimum 1 to 2 years of sales experience with successful track record


-Preferably someone with sales experience in Building Materials industry.


-Open for any B2B sales experience.


-Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are encouraged


-Good communication skills with good negotiation skills.


-Good digital marketing skill is preferred.


-Possess own transport.
