Job DescriptionKey account penetration: Dealers, Fabricators, contractors, and related parties to specify Formica products.
Report and manage all data in CRM (salesforce.com) system such as project record files, customer data file, daily visit report, and others.
Responsible to build up project pipeline for Central Region.
Hunting for new leads and create business opportunities.
Plan and execute business strategies.
Work hand in hand with distributors to win specification projects.
Collect market information concerning competitors and changes in the market.
Customer relationship management to meet customer satisfaction including product presentation, product demonstration, technical support, and attending product claims.
Responsible to achieve individual and group KPIs.
Other tasks as assigned by Superior.
Job RequirementsExcellent communication and presentation skills.
At least 2 years of working experience in a sales role.
Experience in Construction Project sales or other surfacing materials (Laminate, Wallpaper, Carpets, etc.) will be an advantage.
Good written and spoken English and Chinese is preferred.
Result-oriented.
Independent, creative, and resourceful.
Market analysis skills.
Ability to work as a team.
Able to work under high pressure.
Hardworking, honest, and cooperative with a positive attitude.
Passionate about meeting new people.
Willing to travel outstation if needed.
Must have own transport.
