Sales Executive

What you'll be doing

- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
- Actively prospecting for new leads and opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities
- Preparing and presenting compelling sales proposals and negotiating contracts to close deals
- Collaborating with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Monitoring and analysing sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Providing regular sales reports and updates to management

What we're looking for

- At least 1-2 years of proven sales experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry
- Strong understanding of the freight forwarding industry, including knowledge of shipping processes, documentation, and regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
- Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused approach
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using sales-related software and tools
