Sales Executive

Job Description



-Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.


-Develop positive relationships with clients.


-Retain and expand sales to existing customer and develop new sales account


-Handle customer complaint and co-ordinate with respective department to ensure fulfillment of customer satisfaction


-Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.


-Monitor and report sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and forecasts).


-Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.

-Sales driven and proactive to search for new leads


-Undergraduate / Diploma holders or equivalent in any field. SPM holders may also be considered with relevant experience


-Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia


-Good working attitude, problem solving and communication skills


-High integrity and able work independently and under pressure


-Computer literate especially in MS Word and MS excel


-Possess own transport with valid driving license


-Successful applicant will be based at either Klang or Sungai Buloh
