Responsibilities:Achieve monthly sales targets
Generate personal leads for sales conversion
Build rapport and relationships with existing and potential clients
Maintain and improve tele-sales and/or sales scripts
Work with marketing staff to develop detailed sales plans
Lead the team in the event of previews and roadshows in closing sales
Track all sales data and create detailed written reports and presentations
Assess and analyze the reasons for success and failure in all sales events and suggest improvements
