About the roleReporting to the Sales Manager, this full-time Sales Executive role at Wolta Enterprise Sdn Bhd is responsible for driving sales and generating new business opportunities.
As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting, presenting and closing sales deals with both new and existing clients.
What you'll be doing
Developing and executing sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service
Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to potential clients
Negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals
Providing feedback to the sales management team on market trends, client needs and competitive activity
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of sales contracts
Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline in the CRM system
What we're looking for
1-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with clients at all levels
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Proficient in using CRM systems and sales productivity tools
Passion for providing exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared sales objectives
Tertiary qualification in a relevant field is preferred
