ResponsibilitiesTo service existing customers, maintain relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Increase the number of customers and market share.
Report on customer feedback, market conditions, and competitors' activity.
Must be a team player, collaborating with other departments, such as logistics and finance.
Able to present weekly sales plans.
Follow up on payment and collection.
Respond to any customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Exhibit a positive attitude and good communication skills.
Job RequirementsAt least Diploma holders & above.
Must possess own transport.
Must be result-oriented, patient, a strong network builder, and able to learn quickly.
Strong interpersonal skills to work with all levels.
Able to work with minimal supervision.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Candidate experience in B2B or B2C will be an advantage.
