Working hours: Mondays - Fridays (8.30am - 5.30pm)

Assist the Director in developing and overseeing long-term organizational strategies and goals.Identify, negotiate, and secure new real estate business deals.Conduct thorough research and stay updated on property market conditions.Work closely with marketing staff and other division managers to enhance sales opportunities and maximize revenue.Monitor and ensure project feasibility studies and cash flow management are effectively managed.Ensure all development projects comply with local statutory requirements. Requirements:  Min. 3 years' experience in property development. Min. Diploma of Real Estate Development, Sales or Marketing or related discipline. Willing to travel within Malaysia.
