SALES EXECUTIVE – INTERNATIONAL MARKET Diploma/Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.Experience in sales.Able to travel oversea.We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with "Mandarin-speaking clients". Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential markets, consumer trends and competitor strategies. Analyze data to develop targeted sales strategies. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, distributors and partners. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. Collaborate with the sales team to identify key accounts and develop customized sales approaches. Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, addressing inquiries, providing product information and ensuring customer satisfaction. Develop long-term relationships to foster repeat business and referrals. Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts with clients and partners. Ensure all agreements are mutually beneficial and align with company objectives. Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance, analyze metrics and generate reports to assess progress towards goals. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures as needed. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, production and logistics to coordinate sales activities, ensure product availability and support promotional efforts. Market Expansion Strategies: Continuously evaluate market dynamics and identify opportunities for market expansion. Develop strategies to enter new markets, launch new products and increase brand visibility.
