The Role You will be responsible for : Responsibilities: Establishing new accounts for plant equipmentMaintaining relationship with current clientsTargeting from Local / Foreign companies and factories in S.E.AIssue invoicing and payment follow-upsCo-ordinate shipments from Japan or SG office to customers' sitesOrganising data and generating deep customer insights in order to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.Supporting the sales team key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.Attainment Planning through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives to drive business objectives and territory analysis & definition for sales maximum effectiveness.Providing pricing and contract support by providing the sales team with high-quality and competitive proposals.Monitoring and analysing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts.Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.Ideal Profile Candidate must be able to speak and write well in Mandarin and English to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region (Japanese-speaking candidates will be bonus).Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Development or relevant fieldExperienced in working with MS Words, Excel, PowerpointAt least 1-2 years' sales experience preferably in manufacturing / semiconductor industryStrong analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analysesStrong customer service and negotiation skillsYou possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.You are a strong networker & relationship builderYou are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholdersYou are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environmentsYou are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.What's on Offer?
