**Job Title**:- Sales Executive, Java**Reports To**:- Country Manager Indonesia**Role Purpose**:- This position is responsible to ensure the smooth functioning of the sales process, from lead generation to order processing and after-sales support. This position also has to manage customer databases, monitor inventory levels, facilitate customer inquiries and provide administrative support to the sales team.**Key Accountability**:- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, managing customer databases, and maintaining sales records.- Collaborate with sales representatives to respond to customer inquiries, provide information on products and services, and facilitate the sales process.- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is available to meet customer demand.- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, from order processing through to delivery and after-sales support.- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and provide insights to the sales team.- Attend sales meetings and provide recommendations for improvement based on customer feedback and market trends.- Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals, providing administrative support as required.**Qualifications & Working Experience**:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support or administrative role.**Personality Traits**:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.- Keen attention to detail, with the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies in data.- Results-driven, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations.- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with sales representatives and other departments to achieve sales targets.
