We are currently seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive to cover hypermarkets, supermarkets, and other key outlets in the area ofNorthern Region(Kedah, Pulau Pinang and Perak) andJohor & Singapore Market .

1) Northern Region (Kedah, Pulau Pinang and Perak) (1 position)
2) Johor & Singapura Market (1 position)
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a diploma or higher qualification.
Minimum of 3 years of field sales experience, preferably in an FMCG environment.
Proven experience in sales, especially within hypermarkets, supermarkets, or modern trade.
Must be responsible, results-oriented, outgoing, and have a pleasant personality.
Maturity and strong interpersonal communication skills are essential.
Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage, as the role involves interactions with China-based customers.
Willingness to travel locally for client visits and store checks.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies targeting hypermarkets, supermarkets, and other modern trade outlets in the sales area.
Drive the startup and growth of a trading business, including market entry strategies, building supplier relationships, and managing distribution channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key buyers and decision-makers in the modern trade sector.
Negotiate and secure listings, promotional activities, and product placements to enhance brand visibility and increase sales.
Monitor in-store activities, including stock levels, displays, and competitor products, to ensure optimum product performance.
Track and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Coordinate with the merchandising team to ensure timely product delivery and effective in-store execution.
Attend training, meetings, and troubleshoot customers' problems.
Participate in sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
Monitor and track sales achievements, returns, collections, and other key performance metrics.
