Responsibilities:Conduct market research to identify prospects clients and their needs for new business opportunities.
Perform sales analysis and identify new business options.
Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve company goals and targets.
Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients and prospects.
Provide feedback and insights on current market and customer needs to senior management.
Conduct thorough research to understand your competitors' strengths and weaknesses, pricing strategies, and marketing techniques.
Develop a unique value proposition that sets our business apart from competitors by recommending new products and technology to expand the business.
Attend conferences and other events to generate leads and network.
Collect and analyze data and share the sales report.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, biotechnology, biomedical sciences, biomedical engineering.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, preferably in the medical industry.
Strong negotiation, closing skills, and marketing skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
Fast learner and quick thinker.
Passionate in doing sales.
Able to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.

Expected salary: RM3,000 - RM5,000 per month
