Job Description• Provide knowledgeable advice on electronic products, including features, benefits, and pricing.• Demonstrate products and answer customer questions to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.• Promote and upsell additional products and services to customers.• Stay informed about promotions, sales events, and new product releases to effectively communicate these to customers.• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.• Process transactions accurately using the store's point-of-sale (POS) system.• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.• Prepare and submit daily sales reports as required.• Assist with scheduling and staffing as needed.Summary of Role Requirements:Looking for candidates available to work:Monday: Morning, AfternoonTuesday: Morning, AfternoonWednesday: Morning, AfternoonThursday: Morning, AfternoonFriday: Morning, AfternoonSaturday: Morning, Afternoon1 year of relevant work experience required for this role.Working rights required for this role.Expected start date for role: 01 February 2025.Expected salary: RM3,000 per month.How do your skills match this job?
