**Key Responsibilities**:- Responsible to assist the Senior Sales Manager to develop sales objectives, action plans and achieve targets. Promote and sell hotel meeting/banquet venue while concentrating on room sales, maximally utilize all the meeting/function rooms and achieve the highest revenue desired and targeted.- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets within the Hospitality Division.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, event planners, travel agencies, and other potential clients.- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the hospitality industry, including hotel owners, general managers, and corporate executives.- Conduct site tours and presentations to showcase our properties and services, highlighting unique selling points and value propositions.- Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and event management, to support sales initiatives and enhance the guest experience.- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).- Proven track record of success in sales within the hospitality industry, with at least (insert number) years of experience in a similar role.- Strong knowledge of hospitality market trends, industry standards, and customer preferences.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.- Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, with the ability to analyze data and track sales performance.- Flexibility to travel as needed and work evenings or weekends for client meetings and events.- Positive attitude, strong communication, leadership & analytical skills and results oriented.**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday- On call- Weekend jobs
