Sales Executive/ Manager

Responsibilities: ? Identifying potential customers and generating new business opportunities for the
company.
? Contacting and qualifying potential customers.
? Managing leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, following up on
leads, and tracking progress towards meeting sales goals.
? Set appointments and follow up on leads.

? Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
? Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales
activities.
? Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments.
? Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads.
? Provide regular reports on sales activities and results too.
? Be specific as possible, using numbers where possible (e.g. experience managing
teams of 10 or more).
? Identify the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services.
? Utilize Salesforce, cold calls, and email to generate new sales opportunities.
? Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales
opportunities.
? Report to HOD with weekly, monthly, and quarterly result.
? Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
? Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives.
Requirements: ? Bachelor Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or any related field.
? At least 2 years experience in Sales and Marketing.
? Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
? Good in time management and analytical skills.
? Have a good telephone etiquette and computer literacy skills.
? Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and
communication may be advantageous.
? Willing and planning to work in Lumut, Perak
