Overview: As a Sales Executive at ELS Malaysia, you will playa pivotal role in student recruitment and identifying new businessopportunities. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, your primarygoal is to meet monthly sales targets by effectively engaging with potentialcustomers, conducting sales appointments, and securing contracts. 
 Key Responsibilities:
Build andmaintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a seamless sales process. Consistentlyachieve or exceed monthly sales targets. Prepare anddeliver compelling presentations to potential customers. Provideregular reports on your sales activities and progress to the Sales & Marketing Manager. Maintainin-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively address customerinquiries. Performessential sales administrative tasks, including accurate data entry in theSales CRM and efficient lead management. Demonstrateexceptional time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines andclose sales promptly. Activelyparticipate in training sessions to enhance your skills and professionaldevelopment. Qualifications: One to twoyears of experience in a relevant area of sales or marketing. Proventrack record with at least one to two years of successful sales experience;experience in the Education Sector is a plus. Exceptionalverbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver engagingpresentations. Proficiencyin CRM software, preferably HubSpot, is advantageous. Strongnegotiation and persuasion skills to effectively close deals. Adaptabilityto implement new sales methods and strategies. Creativeproblem-solving abilities to address customer needs and concerns. A passionfor sales, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection. Results-orientedwith a positive outlook and a commitment to delivering high-quality service,both before and after the sale. Freshgraduate are welcome to apply. · At least 1to 2 years of sales experience. Experience in Education Sector would bean added advantage.
