Job DescriptionResponsibility
Execute sales and customer service to achieve monthly sales goals
Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and prospects
Ensure timely collection and follow up on overdue accounts
Conduct regular market visits to improve field sales and market intelligence
Conduct investigations and rectifications to satisfy customer needs/complaints, resolve related issues, and maintain continuous improvement in service and customer satisfaction
Job RequirementsRequirements
Well converse in Mandarin.
Experience/knowledge in automotive industry will be an added advantage
Negotiation skills and understanding of marketing techniques
Must be results orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment
