SALES EXECUTIVE - MELAKA & JOHOR & NEGERI SEMBILANResponsibilities:
Provide technical consultation and service to customers to help solve their applications.
Organize sales visits and prepare and deliver product presentations to customers and prospective customers.
Provide prompt and efficient support and service on customer's design requests.
Keep up-to-date on trends in the area of product design and competition.
Engage in customer relationship management.
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies with the aim of winning new deals.
Participate in major local, regional, and international fairs/exhibitions.
Perform payment collection.
Involve in preparing weekly sales reports.
Understand and observe company/department policies and procedures.
Any other duties or projects as assigned from time to time.
Gather feedback from customers or prospective customers to share with the Internal Sales team.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Abide by the safety policy and procedures and the company's policies on equipment operation.
Requirements:
Able to communicate efficiently in Mandarin, Malay, English, and Cantonese.
Minimum Diploma or degree, or equivalent.
2 years of experience in a related factory industry.
Cheerful, cooperative, and proactive.
Goals-driven, customer-oriented.
