As an Automotive Sales Executive, you will play a key role in helping customers find the right vehicles to meet their needs while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
-Greet and assist customers in the showroom or via digital platforms.
-Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles.
Sales Process Management:
-Provide detailed information on vehicle specifications, pricing, and financing options.
-Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle features and performance.
-Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge:
-Stay updated on the latest automotive models, features, and market trends.
-Educate customers about new and upcoming vehicles and promotions.
Lead Management:
-Respond promptly to online and walk-in inquiries.
-Maintain a database of potential customers and follow up regularly to generate sales.
Achieving Targets:
-Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
-Participate in sales meetings and training to improve performance.
Post-Sales Support:
-Assist customers with after-sales services, including delivery and documentation.
-Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

-Proven experience in selling Proton and Perodua or similar roles (preferred).
-Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
-Good knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends.
-Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
