Sales Management
-Manage the sales based on the target assigned.
-Communicate with dealers to ensure that they give cooperation and pushing for the product to then consumers.
-Give accurate and latest market information updates and trends to the management for planning and counter measures and speedy action.
-Ensure that the collections are within the specified time line and the credits given are sufficient at the lowest risk possible.
-Manage the paperwork accordingly.
Inventory Management
-Ensure that the requested inventory by the dealers arrived in time.
-Educate the dealers on the effective inventory management to minimize their stockpiling and improve their cash flow management (this will also improve our response time in event of changing trends, etc).
-Liaise with the Sales Administration section to ensure that dealers stock arrived on time.
Others
-Collect, analyze and report market trends and movement to the management.
-Ensure that the promotion materials are properly displayed and utilized at the dealers place.
-Assist the dealers in the event of any product or service requirements
-Identify and work on the Innovation project if necessary.
-Established smart partnership with the dealers through effective information sharing, timely products updates and training, trusting relationship and effective after sales and support service.
-Assist the organization in data gathering program such as products rating, branding and customer feedback and satisfaction.

; Requirements:- Job Summary
The person shall be responsible for to take care of the assigned accounts and manage the targeted sales turnover. The person shall also be responsible to ensure timely collection and the market information is communicated to the head office accordingly.
Required Qualifications:
-At least with Diploma /Degree in any disciplines
-Can speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Required Skills:
-Have good command in writing, communication and interpersonal skills.
-Able to interact with all level of customers and proactive
-Ability to do statistical analysis and drawing conclusion is an added advantage
Computer Skills:
-Familiar with the normal MS Office packages (Word, Excel and Power-point)
Behavioral Competencies:
-Friendly, Accurate, meticulous, proactive, attentive and thorough.
-Have a strong analytical ability, fast learner and able to work independently.
Work Experience:
-At least 3 - 5 years relevant working experience.
