ROLE OBJECTIVES The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets through effective dealer management and coordination of promotional activities in Penang.
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR Serve as the key account manager to support and oversee appointed dealers' sales performance.Drive achievement of sales targets set for the designated region.Monitor and ensure timely collection from dealers.Plan and coordinate dealers' advertising and promotional activities (A&P).Analyze and prepare monthly report, sales forecast, market trends, dealers claims and etc. REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE Diploma/Degree in any Business-related field or equivalent qualification.Preferably with a minimum of 2 years' experience in FMCG sales are preferred.Strong commitment to achieving sales targets, with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.Position based in Penang.
