Job DescriptionWe're looking for a Customer Acquisition and Partnerships Manager to drive growth for our online personal financing business. In this role, you will lead customer acquisition strategies, develop and nurture key partnerships, and execute campaigns to expand our reach. Your focus will be on establishing relationships with industrial organizations and other relevant partners to increase our brand visibility and customer base, especially among Malaysia's B40 demographic.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies to drive loan applications and increase customer conversion.
Identify and establish partnerships with convenience stores, industrial organizations, and other channels to expand brand reach.
Design and implement marketing campaigns focused on customer acquisition, including digital and offline initiatives.
Monitor acquisition metrics, customer feedback, and campaign effectiveness to optimize strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align acquisition strategies with customer needs and brand goals.
Manage partnerships end-to-end, from outreach to maintaining ongoing relationships.
Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in customer acquisition, partnerships, or business development, ideally in the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of Malaysia's market, especially the B40 demographic.
Proven experience in driving growth through innovative acquisition strategies and partnerships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
