What You Will Do To be aligned with the company's Vision, Mission and Guiding PrincipleTo work towards achieving the company's KPIs and departmental KPIsTo manage group of international customers assigned by the management and follow up, anticipate and fulfil customers; requirements and needsPrepare accurate and meaningful quotationLiaise with internal departments in obtaining the required information and to provide it in a timely manner to the customerLiaise with internal design and operation team throughout the process to make sure all client requirements are metAssist and coordinate with various internal department in ensuring proper execution of projects and ordersDelivering competitive and accurate solutions on standard, non-standard and special ProductProvide sales report and forecast based on your region to your managersMaintain and regularly update reports on prospects and project progress in CRM systemAssist in the marketing of the product and projects
 What You Should Have Excellent customer service, account management skillsExcellent command of EnglishOptimistic and cheerful dispositionResponsible and AccountableAmbitious and CommittedMin. 2 years of experience in related fieldDiploma or Degree in any discipline
 Additional Information Basic salary : RM3,200 - RM4,500Flexi Working Hours, 5 days a week
