Job Description: Client Acquisition: Proactively develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, pharmacies, and nursing homes to ensure smooth business channels.
Market Expansion: Develop and implement sales strategies for adult diapers, driving product promotion and sales in the target market.
Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service, address customer inquiries, resolve product-related issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitive landscape, adjust sales strategies to increase market share.
Performance Reporting: Regularly report sales performance and market feedback to management, and propose improvements and solutions.
Job Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree or above in relevant fields such as Marketing, Business Management, or related disciplines.
Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience in the medical, pharmacy, or hospital industry, with experience in selling adult diapers preferred.
Personal Qualities: Team-oriented, results-driven, with strong responsibility and stress management skills.
Preferred:Mandarin speaker applicants is preferred.
Strong sales and client relationship management abilities.
Capability to establish sales channels with hospitals, pharmacies, and nursing homes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-driven and able to work efficiently with flexible hours.
Salary Range: From RM5000 to RM10000 Benefits:
