Job RequirementsRequirements:
Preferably candidate with sales experience in the relevant industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
Familiarity with ELV and IT retail products, services and industry trends
Possess own transport and willing to travel
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities:
Identify new sales leads and potential customers in the ELV / CCTV / IT retail industries
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business
Understand customer needs and requirements and provide suitable product solutions
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations and quotations to customers
Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with customers
Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company
Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, products and competitors in ELV / CCTV / IT retail industries
Attend workshops, exhibitions and events to promote the company and its products
Coordinate with internal teams such as technical and operations to ensure successful project implementation
