Working Time:8:00am - 5:00pmJob Descriptions: -Achieve Sales Targets: Take ownership of meeting and surpassing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across various industries, focusing on understanding the unique needs of different B2B clients.
Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, distribution plans, and promotional campaigns to drive revenue growth.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts by understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and development.
Sales Execution: Lead contract negotiations, handle client accounts, and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue objectives.
Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of promotional campaigns and seamless customer experiences. Assist in coordinating shipments and logistics for overseas orders.
Customer Retention: Represent the company's brand and values in all customer interactions, ensuring customer retention and repeat business.
Financial Management: Follow up on outstanding invoices, communicate payment terms, and ensure timely collection of payments.
Sales Pipeline Management: Actively manage and update the sales pipeline, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
Global Expansion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for global expansion and market penetration.Requirements: -At least 1-2 years of working experience in Sales
The FMCG industry (Food & Beverages) would be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of FMCG industry trends, market dynamics, and customer behaviour.
Ability to work independently and willing to travel.
Positive attitude in a hyper-growth, fast-paced, continually evolving environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Prefer experiences in export business.
Self-motivated and result oriented.
Logical thinking, issue-driven thinking, and critical thinking skills.
Able to work under pressure to meet deadline, able to work independently and coordinate well in a team.
Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both verbal and written.
