Job DescriptionAssist in the development of the divisional annual sales plans and yearly sales targets by providing ideas, comments, and market feedback.
Achieve the sales objectives of the assigned products through building reliable business relationships with targeted local and international customers, including resolving technical issues and presales inquiries when necessary.
Assist the Divisional Head in penetrating or developing new markets to enhance the overall sales performance of the Division.
Monitor collection payments and liaise with customers on collection matters to ensure timely payment collection.
Stay updated with competitor products and new market trends, providing feedback to the Division Head to improve sales strategies.
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, liaising with various departments as necessary.
Carry out ISO-related activities required to maintain certification status.
Undertake any other responsibilities or tasks as assigned by your superior.
Job RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Science, or a related field.
Experience in industrial chemical sales.
Familiarity with industry chemical supply trends.
Willingness to work in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
Possession of own transport for client visits/business meetings.
