Sales Executive/ Senior Sales Executive

Responsibilities:Perform all sales duties (prospecting, sales presentation, sales closing, follow up through sales admin and after sales service).
Assist in product launch, promotional events, roadshows, and other related marketing campaigns.
Organize, follow up, and monitor the completion of sales transactions up to SPA signed and application/ approval of loan pertaining to the sold products.
Follow up and liaise with purchasers, lawyers, and bankers, checking all related documents to ensure the flow of various inter-related processes are smooth.
Conduct feasibility studies, market intelligence research, analyzing demands, trends & pricing.
Prepare sales reports/status of SPA reports/Prospect Enquiries Report on a periodical basis.
Any other assignment related to sales and marketing assigned from time to time.
Compensation:Basic + commission.
Work at sales gallery.
6 working days per week.
Job Requirements:At least 2 years of relevant working experience inProperty Industry .
Tertiary education preferred.
Good interpersonal, communication & customer service skills.
A team player with a track record of achievements.
Strong knowledge and insight of the property industry.
